South Africa Day

On Wednesday 6th June, the year 4 children were lucky to start their new topic with a whole day dedicated to South Africa. They looked at the country’s national flag and its symbolism, researched facts about the country (and were amazed by the fact that 90% of the world’s platinum and 40% of the world’s gold is in South Africa) and played some traditional South African games. We can’t wait to see what they will do with this topic this half term.
