We offer a wrap-around care service for the children who attend St Monica’s Catholic Primary School, providing care from 7.30am until school starts then after school until 6pm.
We provide an outdoor and indoor area for free play with lots of equipment to enhance the children’s experience with us, in a fully inclusive environment.
You will need to register your child online at https://stmonicascatholicprimaryschool.ipalbookings.com/ and register an account and your children to be able to book sessions and pay online. This is a new version of our current system and though you can register now bookings will not be available until September 2025. The booking system is also available as an app – once you have registered online you will be sent an email with a link to download the app.
During the breakfast club session children are offered cereals, toast with spreads and drinks. During the after-school session, the children are offered snacks including biscuits, fruit and yoghurt. If they are booked in for one of the later sessions a hot snack of the day plus fresh vegetables and crackers will also be provided.
You can register with HMRC for Tax Free Childcare or if you already use childcare vouchers, please enquire with the school office which ones we already have registered.

Follow the links and guidelines to register your child and this will lead you to the booking system and ways to pay.
This has a wallet system that can be topped up and used as and when you need it. If you need emergency care after school your child will already have all their data on the system and can easily be booked in by the staff. The wallet will be debited for the booking and can then be replenished by yourself at your leisure.
The booking system is open 24hrs a day but it will stop accepting bookings at 6pm for the following morning session and 12pm noon on the day of an afternoon session to allow numbers of children and staffing to be organised appropriately and ensure we meet safeguarding requirements.
Bookings which have already been made but need amending can be amended by yourself 24 hours in advance but if any other amendment is required after this time, then you must contact the above email address and the amendment can be made if this is in accordance with our terms and conditions (these can be found on the Rainbow Club website information). Please note that bookings missed due to sickness will be refunded if the school is notified. When a session has started it may be possible to extend the session time but please do not rely on this as this should only be used in an emergency.
